1. Where are the products despatched from?
They are despatched by first class mail from our UK warehouse, for next day delivery. If they are not received for any reason please use the contact phone number on the front of this site.

2. Are the products coverd by a warranty and can they be returned if damaged?
The Terms and Conditions section of the site cover all aspects of product damage, liability and refund.

3. Where are the products manufactured?
The products are manufactured in several locations. Details of each manufacturer can be found on the "Product Description" page of each product

4. Do you personally recommend these products?
The products you see are chosen by our Nutritionist colleagues based on experience and education. They are of the highest quality and come highly recommended.

5. I can sometimes find similar products cheaper. Why are yours more expensive on occassions?
We provide high quality, highly purified products. You may like to check the details of each product and the manufacturer or source of our competitors products. We also provide a phone number and full return obligations.

6. Who is Discovery Travel Health and Discovery Travel Network?
Discovery Travel Network Ltd is a private web destination marketing company. Discovery Travel Health is a division that specialises in a specific health interest of the directors. Travel is fraught with health issues, many of which are due to an immune system being put under more stress, or contact with unusual conditions or agents. Havong experienced these problems the company decided to network its holiday traffic with health products.
